Great selection at good prices. Goods always arrive in good time with excellent packaging. Superb customer support team in Joyce and Miguel who always reply promptly and iron out any issues that arise e.g. when shipments to UK were disrupted earlier this year due to Brexit they quickly arranged alternative routing which solved the problem. Highly recommended.

I ordered 3 cases of wine on 30th March and they were delivered on 12th April. No extra costs to pay. It was a very simple process which I would highly recommend if like me you value portuguese wines.

I have ordered twice from this company and I was very pleased with service and quality of Port and Brandy I bought ,I will still buy from them ,even after Brexit ,it may coast a bit more .but it worse it.I did and will recommend this company .

I could not dream of getting my bottles of Terra D’Alter on time, on the 31st of December, but they did! I am very grateful for the wonderful customer service that kept informing me both of the whereabouts of my wine and of the delivery date.

Do not go near. Placed an order on 5th December and only changed to handling after the original delivery date two weeks later. The order was supposed to arrive between 17th Dec and 23rd Dec.
The tracking info has not changed now for almost two weeks from “Departed from Porto”. No further updates or where the parcel even is.
Slow and unacceptable responses to emails. Just keep saying there are delays and it has shipped and to wait.
